By accessing and using Flow by Beem ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Flow by Beem provides a visual workflow builder platform that allows users to create, manage, and export professional workflows through a web-based interface.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Promptly update your account information as needed
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan: Limited to 5 workflows with basic features.
Pro Plan: $5 USD per month or $50 USD per year for unlimited workflows and advanced features.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to your workflow content. By using our Service, you grant beem.im a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with the Service's operation

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by beem.im and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, beem.im shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless beem.im from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
